He commenced his legal career at Achtem Laughton Alexander in Victoria, where he worked until 1976. When John's first child was born, he opted to establish his own firm in the smaller, family-oriented community of Parksville, British Columbia. John has over forty years of experience advising clients in the practice areas of wills, estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and corporate law. John is also a frequent speaker and presenter at educational seminars on topics relating to estate planning. John is an active and engaged member of the Parksville community.
